					<p>Global impact of coivd-19 pandemic on well-being of the populace, generally on economic system, political system and social system is challenging and frustrating. However most powerful nation thinkers, and orientated developers focus on thorough hard work on research and production procedures to sustain their citizenry. Nigeria embracing footwear production at this covid-19 pandemic period is key solutions or tools to economic development for poverty reduction level, inflation rate, debt deficit rate and insurgencies .China was leading    in footwear production in 2019 with a total of approximately $13.5bn. Nigeria institute of leather and science technology (NILEST), Lagos footwear producer community, Aba shoemakers community and Naraguta leather works in Jos, Plateau State and other cobblers can increase our nation, Nigeria  economic rate with about 20% GDP if is proper harnessed and supported.</p>
